HAY! It would be peachy if, on the way back from the festival, you stop at the Around The Corner open stage, on Babcock.
....and if you can swing it, pick me up a gallon of that apple cider.
Get A Grip will be performing oldies, rock, country, and comedy. This is a 3 piece show with Dave Klysz on drums.

Come on out, sing and laugh along with Butch, Tom, and Jack of Get A Grip at Sieb's Irish Pub and Restaurant on Babcock Blvd. in North Hills. 9pm-1. Great food, great people, and great entertainment!
This will be your last chance to catch our full band show for a while.
We're jamming out tunes that we don't usually play acoustic. Ya know, stuff like; Skynyrds' Bullets, a few ZZTop numbers, Molly Hatchet, CCR, and more!

Butch & Co, So glad that you got a grip on this new network. I hope you can get your fan base on board, along with the many potential aspects of the industry (when they become part of Pgh Live Music), all receiving the word on your act. Take care, Dave Yoho

MUSIC GENRE(s): What music style(s) do you perform and/or are you in to?
Comedy/ New & Old Country / New and Old Rock/ Classic and Southern Rock.
CONTRIBUTION TO LIVE MUSIC: (what's your game?): Are you a performer, act, enthusiast (fan), promoter, venue, publisher, photographer, what service, etc?
We're 2 veteran musicians that have been rockin' the Greater Pittsburgh area for the last 20+ years, performing in a variety of different acts, including Double Barrel, American Pie, Rhythm Adventurers and Leaving Mary to name a few. Our creative sides combined with just being worn out on playing covers and dealing with the many personalities of a band have brought us back together to form an original acoustic act. This 2-man show only has two personalities that are both equally demented and twisted. Now we have the luxury of performing our own original material mixed in with classic rock and country covers, while being able to lighten things up with a comic twist in between songs or even as songs and parodies. We're actively booking shows and getting a great response. Our original CD is now available at all our gigs. We look forward to seeing you at our next show and we hope that you have as much fun as we do performing for you.
Get A Grip is now expanding our horizons and jamming 2, 3, and 4 piece shows. We are working with some great musicians; Derek Edwards (percussionist/drummer) Jack Slagel (keyboardist), Dave Klysz (drums) and Pgh Live's own Dave Yoho (drums).
